Im 17 and i gained alot of weight , i have recently began to lose it weight. But due to the huge weight gain i noticed i have itchy , red stretch marks , they keep spreading and im they dont look good at all. I’m actually taking a supplement called Bee Anti. It’s got 2000 mg of resveratrol, as well as bee pollen and royal jelly. I work a lot of hours – first at the day job and then on our home businesses. I also don’t get as much exercise as I should.

I started taking Bee Anti and I did notice that I generally felt better. The biggest difference I noticed was that my skin cleared up a LOT. I’m almost 40, and I’ve always had problems with acne. Now I’m not having any problems at all, and the resveratrol was what made the difference.

The dosage for Bee Anti is two caplets per day, so that’s what I’m using.

As far as other supplements, I do take glucosamine for joint health and a multi-vitamin. Hope that helps!

cream is cream. and a serum is more like a gel base

i was using an avon anti aging/anti wrinkle cream…

so i’ve been using it for about a month now. i’m 22. i heard that using creams like this now can help slow down the process. but now my skin is all irritated and it’s dry. it hurts. it’s red… AND now it looks like i have wrinkles!

what can i do?
