resveratrol tablets quite often have deteriorated. I want to make my own. Is there any way that I can extract and concentrate it? It is supposed to extend your lifespan.

Scientists are still working on methods to extract enough resveratrol for the concentration to be feasible for production into affective tablets; currently the amount of grapes required to isolate significant amounts of that extract are cost prohibitive. Yes, do believe there are significant health benefits but how to extract the key ingredient. Do drink a lot of pure concentrates of fruit juices (cranberry, grape, pomegranate) which can be bought at many major grocers now. My feeling is we have to wait on those scientists for the extraction answer unless someone else knows of some technique available now. Definitely a good subject for discussion. This format not the easiest to conduct one on.
